What if reuse time is not zero when Atk.Spd. tends to infinite?

I'm measuring again and it fits better when you add the "base" constant.
Well the upper limit is 1500, I don't know if there is a lower one. There is a possibility that something like what you are describing exists, as there was a constant for critical damage P.Atk calculation too.
