Then it's quite strange that they include Sleep and Hold within Mental Shield resistances.
Mental shield buff gives resist to 3 debuff categories - hold, sleep, derangement.

Tank with Bastard Sword has weaker agrression compared to tank with Draconic Bow.
There was the belief that empower used to help on spoils too, I can't and won't try to change anyone's beliefs.

Which means sleep is indeed not a derangement (like fear, silence, trick etc.) but rather its own category (like root, shock etc)
Exactly
There was never a belief that emp helps any physical active skills.

To make it easier to classify.
All resists of A grade sets aren't Mental.
NM = sleep+root
DC = paralyze
TLM = bleed+poison
MJ = stun
During the first 2 years of the game there was, how can you talk since you weren't there?

It not strange to me, it was a buff to protect against the 3 types of magical crowd control at the time.

If you + 2 other guys believing in that is called a belief.
Then i take my words back.

Agression in Interlude
You are not allowed to view links.Register or Login to view.

Triple Sonic Slash lvl 22 has 4262 power. (LVL 74 Glady)
Agression lvl 20 has 4276 power (LVL 46 tank)

Lvl 46 tank with aggro will generate ~same amount of hate on mob, as glady 74 with triple sonic slash.
If P. atk of both are same.
Glady with 2000 p atk+TSS(22) will generate more hate than glady with 1000 p atk+TSS(22)
Tank with 2000 p atk+aggro(20) will generate more hate than tank with 1000p atk+aggro(20).

In simple words - mob reacts to aggression like you did damage to him (aggro skill power + p atk).

The only difference between TSS and Aggro is that TSS actualy deals damage.

Is P. Def the defending factor towards P. Atk affecting aggro skills? Would Power Break on caster or Hex on target reduce chance of receiving aggro?
Kieyra Bowborn of the House Proland, First of Her Name, the Uncaught, Queen of the Moonlight Sentinels and the First Archers, Empress of the Disciples, Breaker of Winds, and Mother of Outlaws.

Yes, because with less p def, target receives More damage from TSS.
And aggro = TSS(or any active skill with power)

Baium has lower p def than M def

This rb has more p def than m def.

So agression would generate more hate than nukes on Baium.
While aggro is not that effective against that Hellmann. He will attack nukers and ignore the tank most likely.

Sigh, 1 point of damage is equivalent to 1 point of hate. It's cumulative. The mobs will turn on the char who generates the most hate. Heals and buffs also generate hate

You are right.
Aggro is like fake points of damage.
You fool the mob, that you are dealing damage to him, but you are not actualy.
Mob has "hate list".
On the top are players he hates the most.
If you heal/buff players who are in his hate list, then you get in that hate list yourself.
Also there is a chance that RB can attack the lowest level char, who is in his hate list. Is not affected by position in that hate list.

In simple words.

You get higher in his hate list, if you do harm to mob, his friends, or do good things to players, he hates.

Btw - spoil skill works, exactly like aggro. But for some reason they didn't write skill power in the description.
